1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Viewlytics at viewlytics.co.in, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms are governed by Indian law.

2. The service

Viewlytics provides AI-powered YouTube channel analytics tools. We analyze publicly available YouTube data and generate diagnostic reports, recommendations, and growth insights. Results are based on AI analysis and should be treated as guidance, not guaranteed outcomes.

3. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• One free trial per person — creating multiple accounts to bypass the free trial limit is prohibited
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Viewlytics

4. Plans and payments

• Free plan: 1 channel diagnostic, no payment required
• Single report (₹499): 1 full diagnostic, one-time payment, no expiry
• Starter (₹999/month): 2 diagnostics per month, access to Title, Competitor, and Timing tools
• Pro (₹2,499/month): Unlimited diagnostics, access to all 7 tools
• All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payments are processed by Razorpay and are non-refundable unless required by Indian consumer protection law
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime by contacting us at support@viewlytics.co.in

5. Refund policy

We offer a refund within 24 hours of purchase if no reports have been generated on the plan. After that, refunds are at our discretion. Contact support@viewlytics.co.in for refund requests.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Viewlytics to analyse channels you do not own without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our AI models or analysis methods
• Resell or redistribute reports without our written consent
• Create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits
• Use our service for any illegal purpose

7. YouTube API

Viewlytics uses the YouTube Data API v3. Our service is subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. We only access publicly available YouTube data — we never access your private YouTube account or manage your content.

8. Disclaimer

Viewlytics is an analytics and advisory tool. We do not guarantee specific growth outcomes, view counts, or revenue. AI-generated recommendations are based on patterns and best practices and may not apply to every channel. We are not affiliated with YouTube or Google.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Viewlytics Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email if changes are significant. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
