1. Who we are
Viewlytics ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Viewlytics Technologies, India. We provide AI-powered YouTube channel analytics tools at viewlytics.co.in. You can contact us at support@viewlytics.co.in.
2. What data we collect
- Account data: Email address when you sign up
- YouTube data: Public channel information fetched via the YouTube Data API v3 — channel name, subscriber count, video titles, view counts, likes, and upload dates. We only access publicly available data. We do not access your private YouTube account.
- Payment data: Payments are processed by Razorpay. We store your plan type and payment reference ID. We never store card numbers or bank details.
- Usage data: Reports you generate are stored in our database to power the "My Reports" feature.
- Device fingerprint: A hashed browser fingerprint is collected at signup solely to prevent abuse of the free trial.
3. How we use your data
- To provide and improve our YouTube analytics service
- To manage your subscription and report usage limits
- To send essential transactional emails (account confirmation, payment receipts)
- We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. YouTube API compliance
Viewlytics uses the YouTube Data API v3. Our use is limited to reading publicly available channel and video statistics. We comply with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. You can also review Google's Privacy Policy.
5. Data storage
Your data is stored on Supabase (Singapore region). Payment data is handled by Razorpay (India). We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@viewlytics.co.in.

We may update this policy occasionally. The date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of Viewlytics after changes means you accept the updated policy.
